Casita Océano is a charming one-bedroom ground floor condominium that sleeps up to 4 people. It is conveniently located in a small complex only 2 blocks away from the bustling 5th Ave and 3 blocks from the beach. We aim to provide the tranquil environment needed for your vacation and make your stay in Playa del Carmen comfortable and enjoyable: your home from home.

The light and airy living area has a dining table with chairs for 4 people and a comfortable sofa, which folds out to provide the second double bed. The professionally finished kitchen is well equipped with a full-sized fridge-freezer and washer-dryer. A door leads off from the kitchen to a private outside space, ideal for rinsing and drying swimwear or snorkelling/diving kits. Further down the hallway you will find the bathroom and additional WC (half bath), which are both tiled with Tikul stone. The bedroom is furnished with locally produced furniture and a comfortable double bed.
