Deposits
50% is due upon booking and balance to be received 30 days prior to arrival.
Confirmation upon receipt of 50% deposit.
Total amount due if booked 30 days or less prior to arrival.

Security Deposits
You will be asked for a security deposit upon your arrival which may be handled in cash (USD or MXN) or signed traveler checks.  The amount may vary and will be shown on you Rental Agreement.

Cancellations/Deposit Refunds
● 100% Refund (minus $50 USD handling fee) - If Cancelled 60 Days prior to arrival.
● 50% Refund (minus $50 USD handling fee) - If Cancelled 60 Days prior to arrival.
● No Refund - if cancelled within 30 days of   in the event of early departure.
