Property Management

Examples of our services are; inspecting your property once or twice a week for any problems, ventilating your rooms for freshness, cleaning, making purchases and paying bills such as electricity, cable TV, telephone, maintenance fee, etc. We keep you informed through our accurate and thorough monthly financial statements. Rental Services
Getting the most out of your property investment, as a long distance owner, can be very time consuming. Vimex Condos helps you with booking, planning and everything necessary to ensure a well-managed and profitable rental unit. We take care of all the details; such check in and check out, cleanings between guests, on-call service if anything should happen during your guests’ stay. We also process deposits and money transfers to safely send money to your account. To ensure a steady flow of renters, we advertise with the local media, monthly magazines and the most popular travel and search engine websites. Normal Clean - A Good All-Around Cleaning We clean the complete condo well. Often used in the middle of a week stay. Takes about 3-4 for one persons occupancy - Time: 3-4 hrs	$40 USD	$48 USD	Not Available
Deep Clean - Nothing Forgotten We clean the refrigerator, move all the furniture around finding all the dirt, wash the windows, change the linings on the beds. Often used after longer stays, or with check-out of guests - Time: 5-6 hrs	$60 USD	$72 USD	$86 USD
Rooftop or Terrace - Outside Areas You can also select to have your rooftop, outside Jacuzzi or patio cleaned along with one of our cleaning levels above at a small additional charge - Time: 30 min	$15 USD
Water Plants - Have a Beautiful Garden At least once per week . . . more in dry weather, we will water your plants, prune away dead foliage, remove dead debris from your beds, ensure clean drains and make sure your Jacuzzi is clean.	$20 USD Monthly
